Covid - 19 and our Cancellation Policy
We are trying to adhere to recommendations, which change daily. If you have booked through an OTA - Airbnb, Expedia or booking.com - we must follow their recommended policies. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please do so through them directly and we will refund your deposits accordingly.
If you book directly through us, please know that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel we will either refund you or re-book you to a later date.
*Please note, if you book with us and show up and are visibly ill - or have a temperature (which we have the right to take upon request) - we will not allow you to stay. We will refund you for your stay and will not be liable to find you alternate accommodations.
